Erie Sourdough LLC opened its doors in February 2025 under Colorado's cottage laws.  We are a family-owned microbakery located in Erie, CO. We take pride in crafting sourdough bread, scones, babkas, cinnamon rolls, and dinner rolls using traditional techniques. Our commitment to using organic ingredients whenever possible ensures that our products are not only delicious but also wholesome.
